BlackRed Win7 theme by ~ TheBull

Well guys, I had some free time this week-end and so,
I was playing around a bit with our BlackRed forum skin's images and came up with a pretty nice W7 theme.....I think....lol

It is based on my Razer Red theme, so lots of that still there....blah....

So, I give you:

BlackRed

System files have to be patched to run custom themes,
And most newer themes require the app 'Theme Resource Changer'.

Our Theme Xtreme Starter Kit will do both, plus more.
