Custom Metro Icons

[The Nude Dude]

i'm creating this thread for those who might be interest in making or who want custom metro icons made. as you can see from the image below i've been slowly finding metro icons for my most use program shortcuts. i would ultimately like all the programs in that folder to have a custom metro icon of it's own. i actually don't care if they are ico or png cause i can convert them as needed, however i would prefer 256x256 minimum. also my person prefference on color is a white image on a colored background. i'm pretty much open to any background color.
