If you have time may I suggest you take a look at the 'Demo' forum this guy has setup where you can view all of the vb5 skins included in this package.
There's 27 forum skins in this package I purchased and we just got started installing them.
Meaning, that there are lots more to come. (Well maybe except for the fugly skins, lol) Including other blue ones, lol..
But when your on that demo forum, just look for the skin chooser in the same place at the bottom left of the page and go thru the list to see a demo of all the skins.

And for a blue taste, check out 'Black Blue', 'Eridanus', 'Futuris', and if light is your taste, check out 'SultanTheme Original'.

These have a nice background metal texture that I like also..

I think we only have 19 more to go... Don't you love it...

And if anything is possible, I noticed something else to look into..
Take a close in look at the gradient bars in the blue, and then compare that to the green skin.
In the blue bars (not sure what the actual name is?) you can see a hint of a lined texture in them, but it's missing in the green. The texture is much better.

And is that image in the slide show editable?
I/we could make a specific image that looks better (not distorted, or over sized) if all you have to is drop it in a folder?

iv noticed on this blue theme it has a very nice background, honeycomb mesh, any chance on slimming down the centre of the forum to allow this background to show some sides like a border, sorry to give you this hassel its just it will be the forum skin that I will be using ALL the time.

thanks for putting up with me lol, but can you not just change the percentage or pixels in forum width in control panel? just asking as I have never seen the CP in vBulletin but I have made quite a few other forums ;)

In vB4 i knew all places to adjust or move,add stuff...vB5 is basically the same but it has a totally different coding and many things hangs together which can cause problems if you change the code css,templates or the stylevars!
