Just me or site wide error.

Hey G'Day.
I just wanted to see if anyone else is having trouble uploading pics/attachments.
I know I don't do it exactly the way described in one of the earlier threads. However, I've been able to add attachments but since yesterday nothing seems to want to upload, each time I try the resulting attachment has an error and doesn't display. (except for the default broken file icon)
Is it just me??
