We've updated our Privacy Policy in response to the new data privacy standards introduced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We have updated our Privacy Policy to comply with GDPR.

      I have never seen any software to date that does this bud. Sorry....
      Using PS I would open the largest one first, and then open the next one. From there I can select all of the layers on the 2nd one and duplicate them to the first file/PSD. That still leaves you with adding all those duplicated layers to the time line from there.

            The video does show how to add one animation to another but what I want to do is basically layer one animation on top of the other, but I am having a hard time trying to do it .
